Exhibit Details: For each table reserved, exhibitors will have access to a 6' x 30" draped table (no extra charge for electrical access; extension cords NOT provided - see layout for tables with electrical access and space for large background displays). Table Layout
Representative Admittance: The registration fee for each table includes admittance to the showcase for 3 representatives. Additional representative admittance can be purchased for $25 at registration. (Unpaid representatives that arrive the night of the event will be charged $35 cash or check or refused admittance. Exhibitor representative rates apply to PMI Dallas Chapter members working at exhibitor tables - if they are working the event, they are not entitled to discounted member rates.)
Payment is required at the time of registration -
no exceptions. Exhibitors may choose their table(s) during the
registration process, and their payment secures their selection. The
PMI Dallas Chapter is not responsible for table choice issues caused by
user error or misinterpretation of diagram, unforeseen technological
breakdowns, or refused payments. All questions should be addressed
prior to payment to prevent dissatisfaction at time of exhibitor setup.
Door Prizes will be provided by the PMI Dallas Chapter as an additional incentive for attendance, and exhibitors are also encouraged to offer door prizes to incent booth visitation. We ask that all door prizes be listed with the Chapter in advance for advertising and directory purposes. Exhibitors may collect contact information for use in door prize drawings (attendee contact information will not be made available by the Chapter.) All door prize drawings will be conducted by PMI Dallas Chapter Volunteers (either at the exhibitor booth or the Chapter exhibit table) and winners announced on the audio system.
Exhibitor Setup begins at 3:30 PM. Please contact the Crowne Plaza directly at
(972) 980-8877 to arrange for delivery of exhibit items.
Refunds, less a $150 cancellation penalty, are available up to 30 days after payment is received or February 1, 2008, whichever occurs first.
